NSMB has been around for a while and many of the older, timeless articles are still worth a read. Time and multiple platform migrations have caused dead links, missing images, hard to find or hard to read articles, etc. They can usually be restored but it's manual work. I've done a few by request, like some older teardowns that had the images missing, and I've been doing some I found personally interesting.

Here's one I like (although originally published elsewhere), a 4-part series on the history of mountain biking on the North Shore by Seb Kemp:

History of the North Shore (Part II, III, and IV)

If you remember an article you'd like to read again but can't find it back, or if you can find it but it has the images gone missing, post here and I'll try to revive it. It can be a teardown of an old part, your favourite Uncle Dave rant, the original review of your first bike, anything.

Fixed the links and broken images in another North Shore history piece:

Digger: North Shore History X – Part I by Mark Wood

I'll do Part II next time, has one broken image that I need to track down in the database.

Thank you!
I remember coming across loads of great interviews on nsmb from google searches - Wade Simmons, Dan Cowan etc - is it possible to unarchive these into a classics interviews as well ?

I haven't had any time for this lately but here's one I revived a while ago but didn't link here yet. This one is about a trail on Cypress lost to development. Long before my time on the Shore but it sounds like it was a fun trail.

Do you mean the Hey Neighbour video interviews? I looked into those already and unfortunately they appear to be lost forever which is a shame as I really enjoyed those at the time.

I'll look for other (written) interviews in the system.

I just began going through very large forum posts like "Ride more..bitch less" from page 1 and it's been an excellent source of history and anecdotes
